The Need: In order to build Lucas Oil Stadium – the home of Indianapolis’ NFL team – utilities required relocation, including several sewer elements.

The Answer: Relocation was required of twin 18’by8’ box culverts, a 96-inch brick CSO, several 24-36-inch brick sewers, and the 54-inch brick Pogues Run sanitary interceptor.

VS Involvement: VS provided all design services, completed on a “fast track”. This included project coordination and management, field investigation and verification, analysis of design alternatives, and design of special manhole structures and diversion structure. VS provided additional services during construction as needed.
