VS Engineering’s Bloomington Office, managed by Josh Eisenhauer, P.E., specializes in transportation, structural and public works engineering and has extensive experience in the repair and restoration of historical structures. Josh’s fifteen years of professional experience focuses on the firm’s transportation projects, and has completed designing numerous of roadways, drainage systems, small subdivisions, multi-use paths, sanitary and storm sewers, and parking lot projects.
Formerly J.A. Barker & Associates, VS acquired the firm in 2015 bringing aboard Historical Bridge Specialist Jim Barker, P.E., and establishing an office in Bloomington. J.A. Barker & Associates specialized in the restoration of covered bridges, iron truss structures, and arch bridges of stone or concrete construction and the design, repair and rehabilitation of over 90 bridge projects in Indiana.
VS’s continued commitment to quality, client-focused engineering services and relationships lives on in the experienced staff that are part of the Bloomington Office today. Services provided by this office includes:
